I wanted to provide feedback on my recent order. While the product was acceptable, it didn’t meet the high-quality standards I expected. Unfortunately, the sizing specifications weren’t followed fully, and the color swatches I chose didn’t match what I received however the worst was the colors not matching the swatches we ordered from.
It seems to me that your company may settle for "okay" rather than striving for excellence, which is something we prioritize in our work. A discount on second rate work doesn't help us when we never sell second rate products.
